We have the basics down... eggs, bread, hamburgers, hotdogs, etc... is there anything else, for example, breakfast foods? We're gonna be roughing it with tents and a portable grill.

Sure, cereal is fine. Just take dry and canned goods and you will be fine.

Premade sandwiches are good, or for breakfast premake breakfast burritos and warm on grill. And for supper ''Hobo's'' are good, that is when you wrap sliced potatoes, meat of your choice, veggies of your choice, cheese and what not into a tin foil packette and stick it in the cooler till your ready to eat then just throw it on the grill. Those are nice.

My parents always made grits and eggs on the portable gas stove. Also you can not go wrong with stuff like instant oatmeal.

Those things u have down r good things but will they stay good by the time u reach there? well l have some info for u l have been camping & l use this info,Plenty of food is required on a camping trip, & one definitely should not skimp on this. Volume is required; i.e. the food should be filling, & some variety is a good idea: chilli can carne for every meal does not improve most people is morale (except Graham's). At the camp one eats only two meals per 'day', one before going caving & the other before sleeping, so that they need to be large. You can get away with one day is caving on insufficient food, but not several! A main course of stew/meat with vegetables & spud, & something else such as oats & dried apple flakes with milk (powdered) provides variety & is usually enough for breakfast & supper. The food will have to be dried to get it down to the camp, but try not to get types of stew which need to be simmered for ages because it uses too much fuel, & wastes time. It takes long enough as it is between waking & leaving. Some people liked to have biscuits & things to nibble at - they do add variety but remember that they will have to be carried in, & a heap of biscuit crumbs is not really much use. As an alternative to porridge at supper, thick soups r quite good, although to keep up body sugar it is best to eat chocolate as well. If dried meats & stews r unobtainable (or u run out as we did!) take thick soups & preserved meats such as chorizo or some other sausage which does not require cooking. Sardines r easy to take down (though fairly heavy). Tea bags r probably more convenient than coffee, & fruit juice ('Rise & Shine') type of thing is very refreshing. Do not forget extra food for taking on caving trips such as chocolate & sardines.
A set of nesting billies is ideal for cooking in as it takes up little room & does not weigh much. Make sure that there r enough pans & stoves at the camp so that everything can be cooked at the same time, & so that each meal requires only one lot of washing up.
Small gaz stoves ('Bluets') were found to be very suitable for the cooking. The cylinders r cheap, easily available & reasonably robust - essential for the carry in. Petrol stoves & primuses r rather more delicate & in Spain paraffin seems to be unobtainable. A leaky petrol can could provide some excitement with carbide lights around.
A plastic (unbreakable) plate, bowl, mug & a set of cutlery (or at least a spoon) per person is helpful. Take some washing up liquid (biodegradeable!) & a scourer for cleaning the pans, though do not get carried away using the detergent, or else u will end up fighting through great heaps of bubbles at wet pitches further down!
Cleanliness is important - if there is any doubt about the water stero-tabs should be used to purify it. In this case it would be advisable to have a large collapsible container for the water supply, as the tablets have to be left in for some while before the water can be consumed

When u make ur eggs in the a.m. make the old Ziploc back trick:
Before u leave make an individual zip loc bag with all the ingredients of the omellette for the indiviudal people (salt, pepper, diced bell peppers, onions, cheese) freeze until you're ready to go & store in cooler. In the am, add two or three eggs to each individual ziploc bag & squish/shake until all mixed. Put that zip loc into another zip loc & boil for about 20 minutes. - the perfect scrambled eggs without any mess!

if u r backpacking, take light foods.NO CAN GOODS!!! divie up the heavy stuff & take things that wo not easily spoil. You will want trail mix or granola bars (or something like that) & have it handy. Remember u will have to carry water with u too.so keeping that in mind.other than ur sleeping & ph gear, u will want dry milk.you will have water so that is not a big deal.peanut butter & jelly in small containers & lunch meat r good.eat ur meat on the first day so it does not go to waste. Some tuna is good since it stays fresher longer in a can (one of very few exceptions). Hot dogs & veggies & breads r all very good too. Ihope this is good advise & l hope u have fun!!! OH.you can not forget the smore's.marshmallows, graham crackers, & hershey is candy bars.
