Yes , l have went treasure hunting before,and yes l did find something. l found a horse shoe. Nothing real vauleable ,but , hey it was fun.

While looking for snakes in the woods near the park l found an expensive mountain bike, without wheels, took it home, notified the police who told me they did not care, & finally sold just the frame on eBay for $150. Still planning to use the other parts to build a new bike someday?

l got a couple of $170 HON brand filing cabinets the neighbor is family put outside with a free sign after the doctor died.

I've also found a sack of onions, sack of potatoes, & another time a 24 pack of root beer left in the bottom of shopping carts.

My ex-gf found a Coleman camp stove left out for trash, gave it to me, & l am still using it today.

l do not know if it counts as treasure hunting, but l am always getting free stuff on the internet due to company is mistakes. l got a free hat, fishing pole, anti-spyware program, 2 year subscription to Backpacker magazine, a CD, camera bag, giant duffel bag, & more.

No such thing as a free lunch, my butt.
