I am looking for unusual or really solitary derelect campsites in the UK preferably midlands/north but any ideas good.

There is a campsite in the Scilly Isles. You have to get there by helicopter & it is right by the beach, l have not been but l saw it on TV.

You could also look at campsites with the Caravan Club. They have what they call CLs or certified locations which r private, small campsites & they can be just anywhere. usually on farms etc.
