Can someone help me? l need to know which is better a rain coat of a rain poncho that is water proof? Also where could you get one that is cute and water proof?thanks.

l prefer rain coats/jackets, since ponchos kind of limit ur mobility. On the other hand, if it is really cold, u can wear anything u want under a poncho, since it is roomy. It sounds like you're a child or teen going to summer camp; my Scout camp list always said to bring a rain coat or poncho. If that is the case, most ponchos r ugly & plain, & a pain to move around in/do things in. You can get cute rain jackets anywhere, though; just about anything water-resistant with a hood will work. I'd try JC Penney is for starters. Hope this helps!

If your going camping l suggest a coat/jacket to a poncho. l say this because ponchos are big and easily ripped so you have to be careful with what you do. Also a jacket can also keep you warm depending on the type you buy.

You should check out matching rain pants and jacket and hat. You will be drier and more mobile. The poncho thing never works out unless you are on a very tight budget.
