Fishing, for sure. If They are ages 4-9ish get them a small kids fishing poll and take them to the pond or lake were you arecamping and teach them how to fish. If you can fish along with them. This will encourage them and make them more intrusted in fishing. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!

l have a nearly four-year-old boy who loves to go camping/fishing/swimming/hunting. We always camp near a lake or pond where fishing & swimming is available. Have a weenie roast & make s'mores. He loves it. If it is really hot out, take innertubes, life jackets, arm floaties, & take a dip. If they're not too young, tell ghost stories at night. Make sure u take a flashlight with good batteries & have a little exploration mission in the dark. Look for cool rocks, raccoons, deer, any kind of animals. Some lakes & ponds have really small red sand crabs under the rocks in shallow parts of the water. See if u can catch some. They do not pinch much. l hope u all have a lot of fun!

We always take the kids some where that they can fish. They love it.We also pack a couple of games (cards, boardgame) to play in the evening before bed.And the all time favorite smores, you will have to help of course but they LOVE to make them.If their is a natural trail then u can do a scavenger hunt, who ever finds more of the things on the list gets a treat. If they r young enough then they will enjoy looking for wildlife(squirell, turtles, lizards ect.) the older kids have grown out of this one.Anyways, l hope u have a great trip!
