l am going camping in 2 weeks.. for a fortnight. l am going with a go-kart team, by me and friends need to go a week in advance to set up. The showers are brought after this. Is there any tips on how to manage. l like at least 1 a day. l no the usual baby-wipes and quick wash in the loos. But what about my hair? Dry shampoo isnt the best. Any other products avaliable?
thanks in advance.

Solar shower bags work well if you have an adequate safe water supply. If there is a place to swim, you can bathe there. I've done plenty of living in the field, and never went a week with out bathing somehow.

You can always wash ur hair using a water container. l would not overdo it if the water has to be hauled in (or be prepared to haul it!).

Otherwise, u can fill a large water bottle, wet ur hair, apply shampoo & rinse off using the bottle.

Sun showers work really well, too. You can find them in camping supply stores or online. There r ways of making one inexpensively as well. Good luck! l can make it a few days without a shower, but then it feels really good!

l just bring one of those large salad bowls, the type that will hold about a gallon of water. l just dump the water from a 1 gallon jug over my hair & catch it in the bowl, then l just shampoo & dunk my head in the bowl to rinse. That way l only use a gallon of water to wash my hair, plus, it is really cheap & easy to bring along.. l just use the same shampoo l always use, though l use a bit less of it so that l can rinse it out with one gallon of water..
l do not have too much choice with my hair, l have a skin condition that necessitates washing it on a daily basis. But, l still want to be able to go camping, so that is how l do it..

They might have water pumps. You can wash it in there if thats available. It is cold water but better than nothing. My whole cabin did that at camp once and we got some pretty odd looks from the boys but it was worth it, especially with sunburned scalps. Lol. =]
