l once went a camping ground near ponderosa st or road

i am going to Lake Tahoe l need a good place where l can place my RV and that it is a camping ground

also that is near the lake

Urgent?!? Get a grip - you're going to Lake Tahoe and do not have a clue where to camp? You obviously can use a computer, go to google and google it.

How about sugar pine point state park, Emerald bay,camp richardson, meeks bay, dl bliss state park, even koa south lake tahoe. That should get you started. One tip, buy the book called California Camping, by Tom Stienstra. It is a great camping book and covers camping with an RV, a boat or a tent.
